When booking an appointment via Cal.com, the following data is processed:

- Email address

- Phone number (if provided)

- Appointment details (date, time, timezone)

- Any additional information you provide in the booking form

Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures upon request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment management).

Cal.com processes data on our behalf as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement has been concluded with Cal.com.
